Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology
Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology involved in medico-legal post mortem, clinical forensic medicine services and court related work. The goal is to aware the students regarding identify Medico-legal cases, to diagnose and manage the case of poisoning and carry out medico -legal duties, recent amendments in laws, various forms of medical negligence, duties and rights of medical practitioners.
Our Activity
Departmental activities divided into teaching, research and medico-legal services and students are exposed to Different activities like preparing charts, models, assignments, praticals and topics for Department seminar.
Classes are done on regular basis as per syllabus and curriculum of National commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) New Delhi. The courses provided by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health and Sciences (SSUHS) GUWAHATI, ASSAM
